Clinical liaisons will provide candidates with the details of a specific contract and help them prepare for their interview with the organization.

Interview with the Organization
This interview, between innovaTel's candidate and the organization, will determine if the organization and the provider are well matched.

Confirm a Match
Once a match has been made between a provider and an organization, the provider will sign a contract with innovaTel.

Onboarding
Providers are offered training with innovaTel, and become familiar with their organization, the telehealth platform and the organization's EHR system.

Ongoing Support
innovaTel assigns all partners a Clinical Liaison — an experienced psychiatric nurse — to design customized workflows with the organization to ensure seamless integration.
All providers have the on-going support of this Clinical Liaison in their day-to-day work.
Who We Hire
Simply put, we look for exceptional providers committed to offering exceptional care. innovaTel focuses on hiring three types of providers in order to improve access to care and help organizations help patients. Every psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner and licensed clinical social worker who applies to innovaTel must:
- Hold an active medical license in any U.S. state
- Reside in the U.S.
- Be able to work at least 16+ hours per week
- Be board certified or board eligible
